My name is Carolyn Rose. I am the President and founder of Rose Insurance Agency. I started this Agency in 2003 when my children and my family were both very young. As the mother of a 4 and a 6-year-old, I thought my husband would think I was crazy when I approached him about wanting to start my own insurance agency. Instead, he said that he believed that I could do it. He made me promise one thing, and that was that I would always treat everyone as I would want my parents to be treated. I take great pride in the fact that I have never broken that promise that I made to him.
As my children grew so did the agency. Since I started as a one-person operation with the support of my family, I literally grew my agency policy by policy, or as I like to think of it, person by person, family by family and friend by friend. As I reflect on where we are today as an agency, I guess I can say that I grew two families at once.
I think of the agency as my third child. I try to give each one of my customers as much care, consideration and attention as I possibly can. Of course, I love my children and my husband first, but I passionately love and care about the work that I do. It gives me great satisfaction to help people understand something that may be complex. I consider it an honor and a gift to be there to lend help and support for one of my clients at a time of loss.
I have met incredible people that are part of my agency family. Through this agency I have shown my children the importance of being honest and fair and of treating every person that you encounter with respect. I have shown them what can be done through hard work and how great it feels to give back. My family is often involved in the charities and community events that the agency supports and that too is a source of great pride for me.
I know there are lots of agencies that you can choose from and companies that promise to make it easier to buy insurance online, so let me state loudly and clearly that I appreciate & value every person that chooses to allow me to work with them. Please know that you can trust that I will take care of you and treat you right. The people I serve are the reason that I am here.
